Great Western Railway Paddington Band
Every Friday evening the Great Western Railway Paddington Band play at 19:00 for 90 minutes presenting a play list of varied music.
Their audience is a transitory mix of commuters and long distance travellers, with the music echoing around the station to waiting passengers and those waiting to meet trains.
The Great Western Railway Paddington Band has a long history which you can find out more about on their website linked to below. On Friday evenings they can be found on platform 9, close to the seated statue of Isambard Kingdom Brunel and cycle parking.
