Somerset House
Somerset House traces its history back hundreds of years. Having been home to Navy, records and tax offices, it is now an arts venue. Tours of the building can be booked on their website.

The Navy Barge
One of only two surviving barges used by the senior Naval officers for getting around London in the 1700s. It can be found, along with a small exhibition, down some stairs underneath the Embankment entrance.
The Nelson Stairs
The delicately designed stairs are actually a faithful replica of the stairs destroyed in World War Two by a bomb.
The Stamp Stairs
The stairs within the Stamp Office in the South wing.
